Helping People and Brands Find Clarity, Direction, and Bold New Paths
About Ursos
Ursos was born out of a deep belief: that the right insight, at the right moment, can change everything. After two decades working across global corporations, high-growth startups, and leading strategy firms, I saw a recurring theme — people and businesses often know they need to grow or pivot, but they get stuck in the fog of too many choices, too much noise, or too little clarity.
I created Ursos to help cut through that fog. Whether it’s an individual searching for a fulfilling career or a business seeking a strategy that actually sticks, my goal is the same: help you forge a path that’s not only smart — but meaningful and energizing.
About Paul
I’m Paul Fisher — strategist, coach, creative problem-solver, and dot-connector.
I love helping people and organizations see what they couldn’t see before, see what was staring them right in the face all along: a possibility, a pattern, a path forward. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and story, creativity and execution.
Whether I’m helping someone map out their next career chapter or guiding a brand toward sharper positioning, I bring a mix of deep corporate experience, creative insight, and grounded action-orientation. My approach is imaginative but never fluffy — it’s about turning vision into momentum.
